• Specific amenities (WiFi, hot tub, air conditioning, etc.) will be available if experiencing mechanical failure
• Furnishings or decor will match photos exactly

4.2 Amenity Failures

If amenities fail during your stay (WiFi outage, plumbing issues, appliance breakdown, etc.), we will attempt to repair them promptly. However:

• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions
• We are not obligated to refund due to mechanical failures (unless constituting habitability breach)
• Guests should report issues immediately to management for resolution
• Emergency repairs may take time and are not guaranteed to be completed during stay

4.3 Starlink Internet

Villa Lisanna provides Starlink satellite internet service. We do not guarantee:

• Consistent 100+ Mbps speeds (speeds may vary based on weather, satellite availability)
• Service availability (weather, solar interference, service outages may occur)
• No interruptions (satellite service is subject to atmospheric conditions)
• Reliability for business-critical applications

Guests using internet for work should have backup internet solutions available.

4.4 Jacuzzi / Hot Tub

The heated jacuzzi is provided for recreational use "AS-IS". We do not guarantee:

• Constant water temperature
• No mechanical failures
• No drain or plumbing issues
• Available during all seasons (maintenance may be required)

Guests use all amenities at their own risk. See Terms of Service for liability waivers.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Links

The Villa Lisanna website may contain links to third-party websites, services, and partners (Google Maps, weather services, airlines, car rentals, etc.). We are not responsible for:

However: The property is not fully ADA compliant. Guests with mobility limitations should contact us before booking to discuss specific accessibility needs. We cannot guarantee accommodation of all accessibility requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Villa Lisanna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or privacy breach
• Loss of business opportunity
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Emotional distress or inconvenience
• Any other damages arising from use of the website or property

This limitation applies even if Villa Lisanna has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
